Title: drive force wireless
Post by: 59coop on August 28, 2018, 12:30:18 AM
With all the Logitech driving wheels that are supported already, will there ever be support for the drive force wireless? I bought the cross hair with the perception it worked with all controllers only to find that's not the case. It does react to a few button inputs but nothing useful.

yes, currently, we have no support for wireless wheels.

can you provide some more details of your wheel, game, console, etc ?
so we can know your situation better.

I have a Logitech driving force wireless wheel with force feedback I used on my PS3. Now that I have upgraded to a PS4 I have been trying to find some way to use it again instead of having to buy a more expensive one.

The games I have been playing are GT sport, Assetto Corsa, Dirt and Drive Club.

can you provide some online documents or websites for this wheel?
we find little info for it through search engine.

I see that Logitech is no longer offering any support on their website. They started production in 2008 but not sure when they discontinued it. As of now all I can offer is it's a one piece wheel, accelerator and breaks were handled by the paddles, it's force feedback and uses a 2.4 GHz dongle. The only buttons I've had any response from are the triangle, which acted as a back button and the square which made selections. I'll keep searching for any more info though.

it's really a very old one.
it can only be supported,
if there are sufficient documents to explain its working protocols.

All the supported wheels have been tested fully in our company,
so they can work properly.
