hello,i have a question! When the headset is plugged into the handle, the handle is always connected to black accidentally or when you get up, and then the s1 turns to a blue light and keeps dripping. You can only reconnect the s1 to the ps4pro's usb.what should i do?

I don’t use the 3.5mm headphone jack of ds4 and I don’t have these problems. Do I need to replace a usb headset?

I think the problem should be caused by electric current or static electricity. Is there any good solution?thanks richard
