Troubleshoot
« on: January 19, 2018, 07:23:31 PM »
I got the ReaSnow for my Xbox One and PS4, I set up the software and updated the firmware as prompted but when I hooked it up to my systems it either went back to pc mode or just stayed red and beeped. I made sure I was using the right controller and cord but that didn’t help. It wasn’t even supplying power to my mouse and keyboard while they were plugged into the Crosshair

red LOGO with 2 or 3 beeps,
it’s caused by an unstable connection between controller and cross hair.
Please try a new and qualified usb cable to connect controller to cross hair.
or charge your controller fully before connection.

Setting suggestion for PS4 Slim Controller and PS4 Pro Controller!

To keep controller’s connection to Cross Hair stable, we suggest users do the following setting on console.
Settings->Devices->Controllers->Communication Method->"Use USB cable"

This setting is only effective for PS4 Slim Controller and PS4 Pro Controller!

It’s not 2 or 3 beeps, it just beeps at the same pace over and over until I unplug it

And I’m not sure if it’s due to the controller, but when I plug in the crosshair it lights up and gets power but it won’t send out power to my mouse and keyboard

we think you have selected a wrong console or used a wrong controller.
please check that!

make sure, you have set both xbox one and ps4 in cross hair properly.

You can connect headset to controllers as before for xbox, ps4 slim, ps4 pro controllers.

If you are using a old PS4 controller,
