Reasnow S1 Problem, Sound in Headset

Hello, when I connect my ReaSnow S1 with the Reasnow manager, I get a good connection. But after a while and after changing some things in the app, a very high continuous sound takes over the sound of my headset. My headset is connected to my controller via the regular AUX cable. The sound is extremely annoying and I have to restart my reasnow s1 to let it go away. The rest seems to be operating fine. Any solution or explanation for this sound?

- No, it happens a lot. Especially when I change many different things in a row. This only happens after changes have been made in the APP. Tried different versions, same issue. I also had reset the reasnow s1 and downloaded the app again to make sure that there weren't any issues with the software.

Does it ever work properly?
4. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.

by the way, if your controller is connected to the game console directly with a USB cable,
then plug the headset into the controller, will the audio issue be the same?

2 - PlayStation 4 1tb, Warface
3- in the end of November, 2021
4 - mouse: Xtrfy m42 retro (usb cable), headset: razer kraken x console edition (aux cable) I don't know my keyboard but it's from Spain.

- Yes, I always plug it into my controller that's connected to the reasnow s1.

no, i mean that plug your controller into PS4 console directly with a USB cable, do not use ReaSnow S1,
and then plug your headset into this controller.
