Title: Help! Can't config Hunt Showdown Xbox

I can’t make a config for Hunt Showdown on the XBox. There is no preset for her and I can’t do it manually. Maybe someone got it and he will help or share?

just try some preset configs first, such as COD or some other FPS/TPS games.

Are there any hidden settings in the presets? Because the presets Apex Legends and CoD with the same settings work differently.

The most important and special part of a config is not its buttons' mapping but is its Intelligent Engine(IE), which is used to provide an excellent mouse control as you hope, this IE is trained on some conditions, such as game and settings in game and mouse DPI, etc.
So every preset config has its own special IE, choosing a right config for your game is very important, and it's also very important to set your game and mouse DPI as we instructed.

hello, Richard, how are you? my division 1 settings are pre-defined by reasnow s1 mouse 4000 dpi 500hz all ads 2.00 hip 1.00 not division 2 with the same settings worked normal not division 1 unsuccessful

1. your console and game
2. mouse DPI/CPI and USB report rate, mouse model, and producer
3. settings in the game on console, such as sensitivity, dead zone, acceleration, aim assist, etc.
4. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1?
your settings for HIP/ADS /HIP YX Ratio/HIP MIN/ADS YX Ratio/ADS MIN/curve in this config
5. ReaSnow S1 firmware and APP version
6. a detailed problem statement on using your mouse
