GTA5,PS4, what's value should I give HIP/ADS so i can feel the mouse is OK?

to choose a right HIP/ADS value, several things should be considered:
1. your mouse's DPI setting
2. your game's look sensitivity setting
3. your feeling of speed,it's very personal
