please try the following test:
remove the batter of your Xbox One controller and then connect it to Xbox One console directly with a USB cable,
do not use ReaSnow S1,
then plug the headset to Xbox One controller and try the party chat.
please tell us whether you will face audio issue or not.

Thank you for your fast response!
I did it like you said and the result is:
Sound is good! No chops/distorsion/break ups!
Just for your info, the sounds breaking up also if im not in a party chat. But it is getting worse if
im in a party.
I already set all my settings of the XBOX audio to standard stereo. No 5.1 or other stuff, but that didnt
helped either. :(
Do you have another suggestion?

Hi,
just a short in between info for you.
I always start my Xbox with the pluged in converter (S1). What i experianced is, that
if the sound is breaking up to hard, i unplug the S1 in the middle of the game and wait 2-3 seconds and replug it. That make it better for a various amount of time. But some time its getting back and i do the same procedure.
I also assume that some time its better to plug in the S1 after the box has started. Maybe that helps and give you a direction where you can start investigations.
