Mouse isn't working when plugged into Reasnow S1

Hey, I'm quite new to the whole Reasnow S1. I've recently purchased one and followed the setup instructions posted online, but every time I connect my mouse/keyboard it won't actually work. It'll light up as if it's being powered but won't actually function. I'm using the Glorious Model O wireless, if anyone knows any fix please let me know, thanks.

2. your console and game
3. When did you purchase this ReaSnow S1?
Does it ever work properly?
4. The color and state(breathing or stable) of the LED indicator on ReaSnow S1 when you are in trouble?
do you hear any continuous beeps? how many beeps do you hear in one cycle?
5. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
PS: All peripherals should be connected to ReaSnow S1 first, before connecting it to a game console.
