Title: Mouse and Keyboard not detect

Hello guys,. My mouse and keyboard aren't detect by reasnow. I be already sett and upgrade firmware Whit pc, but don't work. Please help me  :'(

please provide the following details:
1. mouse and keyboard's producer and model 
2. state of your Cross Hair(LOGO color and beeps?)
3. Cross Hair Manager version
4. Cross Hair hardware version
5. your console and game
