Problem with Shift + W, help!!!

They only Works If i press Shift + W + A or Shift + W + D, If i only press Shift +W dont do tactical Sprint on any COD. Reasnow have SAB like Xim Apex ? Where i configure the Max Press of wasd?

We tested and everything is normal.
Please answer the following questions as many as possible,
so we can provide better support for you.
1. ReaSnow S1 firmware version/ APP version
2. your console and game
3. settings in the game on console, such as sensitivity, dead zone, acceleration, aim assist, etc. 
   it's better to restore all settings in game and change the settings as shown in our APP, and try it again with a default game config.
4. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1?
your settings for HIP/ADS /HIP YX Ratio/HIP MIN/ADS YX Ratio/ADS MIN/curve in this config
5. a video to show us your trouble
please upload the video to youtube or other file-sharing servers, and send us the URL.

Yes lastest firmware , i press Shift + W dont Sprint, Shift + W + A or S Works, is there any configuration to do? Any macro to enable this ? I tested on Xim Works normally.

Did you changed any button layout or in-game settings(not listed on recommended settings)?

I tested and found that press w and shift once=sprint, press w and shift twice=tactical sprint. And all in-game settings are restored, only settings shown in our APP has changed.

I configured game to single press Shift for tactical sprint. Again only If i press a or S with w they Works. Xim Apex is normally .

Could you record a video that show your action？ The video need to include hand movement and Xbox's screen. It would help us to analyse your problem.
Also, we need the config that you use. Maybe that would help us reproduce the problem.

In the game settings, switch from "Sprint" to "Tactical Sprint". If you now press Shift + W, the tactical sprint will continue to run until the air is out. Sure you didn't set something wrong in the app? Actually, it works the way Austin described it. Or do they use a different controller configuration in-game such as Tactical and not Standard?
