It says I have to download the latest version off the app (got a samsung) and Ive tried so many times, restarted my phone, my wifi, Ive thought of everything I can and everytime I try I get unssuported file type, doesnt matter what I do, ive uninstalled the app, factory reset on the reasnow, but nothing helps, what can I do to fix this?

And if im not misstaken, the beta version is in japanse or smth? You think I understand that language? And im pretty sure the beta version does so you cant import anything? Im tryna import my friends file but it wont work

no, the Beta version supports all the languages as our stable version.
please check the firmware and app version with your friend who is sharing his files with you.
make sure you are using the same versions.
if it fails to help, please send a video to show the details while importing files.
and show your version detail by going to Setting->Versions of our APP in this video too.

I'm trying to open the app but it not connecting to the server. Are my configs saved locally on the server? Can I skip connecting to the server in order to select the profile I would like to use?
Seems to be something on the server's side, as I've also tried restarting the phone, app and wifi.

Just tried to open the app once again now and it's working fine. Previously, it was taking a lot of time, more than usually and it wouldn't connect, so I would have to choose 'Skip' in case I wanted to change the profile of the game I would play.

The problem happens to me sometimes too. Luckily there is an option to skip. The profile can still be adjusted. As a rule, the problem with the connection is over by the next day at the latest. It's technology and technology can always cause problems. So I see it very calmly.

As it was the first time it happened to me, I was not very calm to be honest, hahah.
Then, after waiting a few seconds / minute for the app to fail the connectivity, it gave me the option to 'Skip' and therefore I could change the profile according to the game I wanted to play.

I have the current beta version and the latest app for Android. Today I also had to select "Skip". However, I see it calmly, problems can always arise. I know that the reasnow team is very committed.
