That means there's something wrong with your Beloader Pro's USB port.

I went to my friend to check USB port on my beloader. My friend has beloader pro and cronus zen. My beloader pro works perfect with his cronus zen, and his beloader pro not working with my reasnow s1.

ReaSnow S1 / After update S1 no longer works

Everything worked before, but then the device sat on the shelf for a year.
Today I turned it on, started connecting from my smartphone and the program gave a message saying update.
Connected to the PC, updated - and now S1 does not work.
When power is applied, the LED blinks once in each color and then does not light up and nothing works.
I did a "reset" of device on my PC, but it still didn't help.
From the PC, the device is visible and flashed.

So what's now?

For this issue, you can update the graphic card driver to the latest. You're now using a driver released at 2023.10.10, and the latest version is 552.22. Maybe the latest driver fixed the issue.

btw the gpu usage issue gone, but i can't oopen the app it keeps saying configuration lost as shown at the screenshots above

Do you have the same problem if you use the ReaSnow Manager App on a mobile phone?

i downloaded the app on android phone and it gives me the same error,config lost restore to deFAULT

We didn't remove the config. The config still exists.
Please remove the Xbox controller, then restart S1 without a controller. S1 will enter XB360(PC) mode automatically, and you can search and add the config.
