Reasnow S1 keeps flashing RBG once connected to Xbox

Hey All,
I've installed and updated the firm ware.
Followed how to connect to Xbox.
Connected G29 steering wheel.
Then when i turn Xbox on the wheel calibrates but the Reasnow S1 keeps flashing RBG, and then the app says that it is booting, try again later, but even after an hour of waiting it still says the same thing.
Have I missed somthing?
has anyone had the same problem?
Please help?

1. better to try some other USB cable to connect your controller to ReaSnow S1
2. a screenshot of what our APP shows will also help, please send the screenshot to support@reasnow.com

Thanks Richard, That did the trick, must have been a dodgy USB to the Xbox controller lead. All working fine now and loving it, thanks for a great product!
