I set up the S1 as per instructions on my PC, then plugged into my Xbox one and set it up with the iphone app and it worked ok.
However, unplugging from the xbox one, when I plugged it back in it flashed green, then blue, then red, etc cyclying through the colors.  It woudln't connect to the app, I tried multipel times, then took it to the PC, and resetup - firmware (even though it was already updated) and then to xbox and it worked.
Now after unplugging from the xbox, the same thing has happened, when I plug it in flashes green, red, blue, etc and doesn't connect to the app.  I give it time , but it doesn't get passed the flashing red, green, blue, etc

any idea?

this issue can only be caused by a bad connection between S1 and your XB controller, or between S1 and your XB1 console.
while booting(multiple colors), you can open our APP to check the status of S1.
will find the cause easily.

When I turn the app on, it shows a diagram of the xbox, S2, and if I have the steering sheel plugged in, it'll show that too.  However it says "booting, please open this APP later!" (however, even if I come back later it still gives the same message with the same flashing lights)
How do I fix/resolve this? thx

Please answer the following questions as many as possible,
so we can provide better support for you.

1. ReaSnow S1 firmware version/ APP version
2. your console and game
3. When did you purchase this ReaSnow S1?
Does it ever work properly?
4. The color and state(breathing or stable) of the LED indicator on ReaSnow S1 when you are in trouble?
do you hear any continuous beeps? how many beeps do you hear in one cycle?
5. Which peripherals are connected to ReaSnow S1? please provide the specific model and producer.
PS: All peripheral should be connected to ReaSnow S1 first, before connecting it to a game console.
6. a video to show us your trouble will be better
you can upload the video to youtube or other file-sharing servers, and send us the link.
7. will also need the screenshot of "booting"
