Mouse sensivity G502
« on: January 30, 2018, 12:03:41 AM »
Good evening, I'm a new happy owner of crosshair, first of all, FANTASTIC product!
In the guide is written to configure the maximum DPI of a mouse in my case (logitech g502) 12000. The dpi so high even if I configure ADS and HIP sometimes I get annoying because of too much sensitivity of the sensor. If I lower the DPI and not recommended? Can there be problems?
Thanks for any answers
Best regards

of course, we think 60-100% game sensitivity, 5000-12000 dpi are all OK.
it's only a recommendation.
you can set them as you feel right.

in fact, you may lower your mouse dpi and USB report rate,
that will give you a more stable control.

Thanks a lot for the answer. currently I have perfected hip and ads and it seems to be better. I tried to lower to 9000 but I had to lift the mouse a little for quick movements and so i report the dpi in 12000.  I will do various tests. Do you think it can cause problems to the sensor always using it at 12000? Thanks again

It should be ok to use any dpi as your mouse claimed.
Or you might have a defective one.

The question of dpi is only personal, that is, for mouse control.
My question was related to whether it could be "forced" to always work at 12,000, but as I understand it I would say no.
Thank you very much Richard, really great product. I find myself really well and gradually I will configure it to perfection.
A greeting,
Des

if a mouse is a 12000dpi mouse,
it should work properly even if you set it to its MAX.

and we always set mouse to its MAX while playing games.
