Firmware Update

Richard, we need a solution, when will the new firmware be out?  I'll tell you, I play with Xim Apex and Reasnow s1, when playing with Reasnow s1 in Rainbow Six they penalize me for mouse and keyboard, Xim Apex DETECTED?. Richard give signs of life please!!!

He's been speaking in the General Discussion Thread, he can't give an exact estimate on the firmware update as they are testing it.

a new firmware to address this issue is still in its alpha test,
will be released soon once the test is completed.
