Changing Profiles
« on: September 05, 2017, 01:13:04 PM »
I have just got one of these and everything is working as expected, although expert support for Xbox One would be a awesome addition, especially now that Chronusmax seem to have cracked the riddle.

Anyways I just wanted to know if there was a way of changing profiles on the fly without having a keyboard plugged in?

Thanks in advance and thanks for a nifty product.

you can change profiles(configs) by any devices connected to USB port 2 or USB port 3 on Cross Hair.
it can be changed by hotkey of this config.
or by "previous config" and "next config" in "glogbal settings".

Thanks for the quick response, Richard.

One last question, can the bottom 4 buttons on the steering wheel of the G27 be used?  When I check the index in the support doc they aren't listed/indexed?  These would be perfect to map previous and next config to if available, as they aren't used in any of the existing profiles.

in fact, 3 buttons on left side G27 wheel are identical when pressed.
and things are the same to 3 buttons on the right side of G27 wheel.
so we can't tell which button is pressed.

currently, using a wireless mouse might be a choice for you.

Thats interesting.  Thanks for the response, will look into what I have handy.  Also hoping to see progress on the XBOX expert mode, so will keep an eye out.
