i update the driver and followed the steps, still the device keep blinking all colleres blue red green

when i try form the app side its give me boothing still on , i wait for long time and nothing change
i rest every thing to default , but when i do that its go back to older FW 5.6.152 ,so i did again upgrade it and same issue

also i find that even after installing the driver its show as its unkown

Now when connecting to the pc, s1 slowly lights up green white and red one by one, then Windows pops up as unrecognized, then changes to no lights on
