Problem Reasnow
« on: January 25, 2024, 12:04:51 AM »
Something happened to the device today. I turned it on and after 1 minute the keyboard and mouse locked up, no movement.

Are you using S1 with D1 on PS5? Keep an eye on this thread and we'll post updates here!

I'm using it with Besavior u5. Yesterday an update came to ps5 and after that the device started to lock. I never had such a problem before. I reset s1 and bu5 and updated again but it didn't fix it.

Maybe it is Besavior U5's issue. It's the same as D1, you can ask for help from Besavior team.

No, here's the problem. R1 doesn't work on its own either.

We're working on D1's issue, but you are using besavior u5, we can't help you. It's the adapter's issue, not S1's.

Doesn't R1 work alone on ps5 without D1?

I am just gonna assume you mean the S1. Technically it is supposed to give you full support for all ps4 games on its own without D1/Besavior or remote play. So as long as you ain't trying to run ps5 games, the S1 should work just fine on its own. So far it seemed like the new Playstation System Update only affected the usage of the D1/Besavior or Cronus tech when it comes to ps5 controller authentification which you need to play ps5 games. But apparently I am starting to have problems with my S1 as well trying to run ps4 games without the D1. I am just hoping this is an unlucky incident and not another problem caused by the update because I really dont know what could cause the problem on my side.
Edit: I just changed and reinstalled the firmware plugged everything in and out a few times and the S1 is working again with ps4 games.
