can you use DPAD buttons or left stick in the main menu?

Yes, I can confirm the DPAD buttons and left stick of my controller works well in main menu.
But once I got into the game, they all failed except the ESC button.

It seems that you have logged in PS4 using 2 or more users.
Please logout your previous user before using Cross Hair.
Make sure there is just one user logged in PS4.

It's possible you have logged in PS4 with USER1 by wireless controller.
But when you plugged Cross Hair in PS4, you chose USER2 as the user.
That is the reason of your problem.

I used another user while using Cross Hair.

It's all solved when I choose the same USER to log in.
