Hello everyone yesterday, I just upgraded to the latest version and had a problem even though it was not in my previous updates, if I use the azeron cyborg joystick the reasnow manager can't read the left input commands

1. do you have the same issue with our old firmware version?
2. can you show us your current issue with a video? we would like to see the ins and outs on the HOME screen when I/O monitor is enabled.

does this keyboard ever work properly with our S1? which firmware version were you using then?

Azeron Cyborg ran on version 5.4.38 and earlier without problems
Then I upgraded the firmware to 5.4.45 and the problem started here.
Now if you go back to the old versions, it's the same proplem

I downloaded the firmware but it didn't work because the iOS manager needs to be updated to match the firmware you sent,
You have sent APK Manager for Android
Can you please , send an old manager for iOS ,
To match the firmware you sent, by testflight

When I open the manager ios this message appears on the phone,
Please upgrade to the latest firmware

sorry, there is no way to release an old version app on app store.
can you try an android phone just for testing?
so we make know what has caused it.
we might provide an update based on the latest firmware and app to address your issue later.

Hi Richard, I know where the problem is.
The problem is not in the Reasnow S1 firmware.
The problem was with firmware updates and Azeron Cyborg apps.
(I'm back to an older firmware version from wibesite azeron),
after that ,
I've tried the latest reasnow s1 app firmware beta , be it Android or iOS, and I haven't had any issues.

can you check and provide the PID/VID of your keyboard again?
the PID/VID might be changed when the new firmware is used.

sorry, but this is not the PID/VID of your keyboard when it's upgraded with the new firmware from Azeron.
you can check that by connecting your azeron keyboard to a PC.

upgrade your keyboard to the latest firmware and replug it,
