Just got my crosshair

When i open the software it told me to install it keeps giving me "No Cross Hair Detected"

The color of the logo is white and ive tried different usb ports.

if you are using Cross Hair Mananger V4.5.1,
please upgrade your Cross Hair by following instructions in this topic:

http://www.reasnow.com/forum/index.php?topic=25.0

Or you may try Cross Hair Mananger V1.7.13
