Could SONY nav cause disconnects?
« on: February 16, 2017, 05:53:40 PM »
Hey Richard , ive noticed multiple disconnects today while playing on ps4 with mouse and keyboard. I didnt any disconnects the first couple days but today i also noticed that my SONY nav controller that i use with my crosshair instead of keyboard has been flashing red  meaning the battery is low on it. Could that cause disconnects ? the battery running out? The crosshair shows breathing fine and doesnt make a beep sound , it just stops while im in the game and i have to unplug the crosshair and plug it back in. I also tried a differrent USB cable for the DS4 controller . Thank you in advance 🙂

sony nav controller generally draws a lots of current while charging,
which will cause a unstable power.
so we suggest you should charge nav controller fully before connecting it to Cross Hair.

and you may also try a new and qualified usb cable to connect PS4 controller to Cross Hair,
it might also be the reason of your trouble.
