Red light and beep Ps4

Hi everybody!  I bought this CH for use on ps4, After the download latest version of software (4.5.14) and upgrade the software,i have setting the m&kb for my game (overwatch). I followed every guide but when i plug the Ch to my ps4 (the normal One,no slim,no pro) the led on ch turn Red and beep continuosly. I tried 5 cable for connect my pad with ch, but there is no way to work.

Thanks for the help,now i dont have the red led and 3 beeps, but with a cable now flash all the colors on my CH!i dont know what to do....

hi, today I made a  connection test. I was in game and the keyboard worked, but when k moved the mouse the CH became red again, and made two beeps.

can your provide some more details of yours, such as console, configs in cross hair, activated config, any changes in this config, your keyboard and mouse, etc

I use cheap m&KB (very low cost), the settings that I use on my ch are those registered for overwatch and I have not changed anything regarding the mouse (not even the sensitivity or dpi) Just some button for the use on kb. I saved and use this settings for startup. On my ps4 , i enter in game than disconnect my pad, and connect it with the cable to my CH , After I connect my CH with ps4 . The CH starting and everything is ok , i can use the kb in the menu , game options, selct hero etc... But when i touch the mouse, the CH turn Red and start 2 beeps continuosly.
I have original pad, the mouse is wireless and the kb USB cabled.

Hi! Today i did another attempt,but no success. I think, that maybe there is some problem with the pad of ps4, i try 8 different cables and i have buyed 2 good quality new cable . The pad is full charged when i connect it to CH.
Maybe i have to turn back my Ch and surrender to evidence that i wont use the CH!
Even the assistence email dont answer me or try to help a customer.

Hi,

Here are some suggestions for you:
1. power up your PS4 before connecting cross hair to it. (please reboot your PS4 to prepare this)

2. Enable the following setting in your PS4.
Settings->Devices->Controllers->Communication Method->"Use USB cable"
It's for PS4 Slim or Pro controller.

3. upgrade your Cross Hair with our latest version V4.5.14, which can be downloaded from here:

Firstly, connect your gamepad with a new and qualified USB cable to USB PORT1 of Cross Hair,
and connect keyboard and mouse to USB PORT2-3 of Cross Hair,
    then connect Cross Hair to PS4.
    A breathing color means it's working well.


PS:
When connecting your gamepad to PS4 with your old USB cable,
that is only for charging,  there is little communication in it.
so any cable will be ok.

I did It,but when i move the mouse the CH turn red and start to beep (2 beeps). Maybe its a problem with the mouse?

it's worth trying a new mouse:)
it's recommended to use a mouse with 5000 dpi or above.
