For this issue, you can update the graphic card driver to the latest. You're now using a driver released at 2023.10.10, and the latest version is 552.22. Maybe the latest driver fixed the issue.

btw the gpu usage issue gone, but i can't oopen the app it keeps saying configuration lost as shown at the screenshots above

Do you have the same problem if you use the ReaSnow Manager App on a mobile phone?

i downloaded the app on android phone and it gives me the same error,config lost restore to deFAULT

русский / После обновления S1 больше не работает.

Раньше всё работало, потом год девайс лежал на полке.
Сегодня включил, стал подсоединяться со смартфона и программа выдала сообщение мол обновись.
Подключился к ПК, обновил - и теперь S1 не работает.
При подаче питание светодиод мигает по разу каждым цветом а потом не горит и ничего не работает.
На ПК сделал "сбросить настройки", но всё равно не помогло.
С ПК устройство видится и прошивается.

Что теперь делать?

We didn't remove the config. The config still exists.
Please remove the Xbox controller, then restart S1 without a controller. S1 will enter XB360(PC) mode automatically, and you can search and add the config.
