Hi. i have 2 questions.
1. What is this setting?
https://ibb.co/cQsJNwz (https://ibb.co/cQsJNwz)
2. Could you add a new profile for Apex legends with the sticks swapped? This is necessary for looting with the mouse. if you change the layout to "left-handed" in the game, then the sight becomes uncontrollable, this needs to be fixed.
Sorry for my English.

1. these settings are used for some flight sticks and controllers, whose stick outputs(axis outputs) are not standard,
these sticks(axes) will send out data when they are not touched.
change the modes to meet these axes, you can eliminate those unwanted outputs.
2. enable a TBD1 sub-profile and switch the sticks mappings in it.

I need the left stick to be emulated like the right stick. And Right like the left stick. At the moment, if you simply reassign the sticks to TBD1, then the sight does not work correctly.

Right and left stick binding to the keyboard. It can be seen that the sticks are emulated differently. On the left stick, you can see the operation of unnecessary directions and the sight on it does not work correctly.

1. disable "Use HIP button mapping" in TBD1
2.
Hotkey=mouse backward
Mode=hold
Left Stick Up=mouse Y-
Left Stick Down=mouse Y+
Left Stick Left=mouse X-
Left Stick Right=mouse X+
Cross Button=right mouse button
Square Button=left mouse button
you can also copy the following button mapping and paste it in your TBD1 scenario:
--- ReaSnow S1 [PS4_Apex Legends(TBD1).rsb] ---

You did not understand me. Watch the video of the left stick emulation feature that I posted above. If you press 1 direction, then 2 directions work for a split second. If you bind a mouse to the left stick, then the sight becomes chaotic.
-
no, this random data is a simulation of stick movements when you are using a keyboard(WASD) for the left stick,
if you are using a mouse to control the left stick, there will be no such random data.

however, the sight does not work correctly. My friends have a similar problem. For example, if you move the mouse left and right, the sight still moves down a little.

We will need the following details to help you:
1. your console and game
2. mouse DPI/CPI and USB report rate, mouse model, and producer
3. settings in the game on console, such as sensitivity, dead zone, acceleration, aim assist, etc.
it's better to restore all settings in game and change the settings as shown in our APP, and try it again with a default game config.
4. which config has been activated in ReaSnow S1?
your settings for HIP/ADS /HIP YX Ratio/HIP MIN/ADS YX Ratio/ADS MIN/curve in this config
5. ReaSnow S1 firmware and APP version
6. a video to show us your trouble while gaming(if you move the mouse left and right, the sight still moves down a little.)
you can upload the video to youtube or other file-sharing servers, and send us the link.

everything is set up correctly, I have been using the product for several years and am an experienced user.
Logitech g pro 4000dpi 500hz.
this is what happens if the left stick is moved with the mouse
https://youtu.be/G-HoCexBeDg
slow movements in a circle are also flat. Random movements knock down sensitivity.
And this is how the right stick works. No problem

Here I move the left stick with the mouse. It can be seen that there are still random operations.

oh, I finally got your words,
you changed the layout to "left-handed" in the game,
then map mouse movements to the left stick for aiming.
but why not just use the "right-hand" layout in game?
you can loot by enabling TBD1 and mapping mouse movements to left stick just in this TBD1 scenario.
-
can you elaborate on this "At the moment, if you simply reassign the sticks to TBD1, then the sight does not work correctly."?
a video will be good.

I wanted everything to work without additional configurations. That's why I'm asking you to add the function of swapping sticks

in this video I set up TBD1. Left-handed set up in the game. can't draw a straight line
https://youtu.be/k2-D9iRVWsY
in the second video the usual settings. No problems with a straight line

Hi, Richard. Will there be a solution for my problem?
-
@BorisBritva
sorry, we are still confused why you need to stick to the left hand layout since you are using mouse and keyboard.
1. please return to the right-hand layout in game
2. use our default config for Apex Legends
3. enable TBD1 for looting
just hold your mouse backward button and move your mouse, just use left and right mouse buttons for "Drop" and "Use"
(1)disable "Use HIP button mapping" in TBD1
(2)
Hotkey=mouse backward
Mode=hold
Left Stick Up=mouse Y-
Left Stick Down=mouse Y+
Left Stick Left=mouse X-
Left Stick Right=mouse X+
Cross Button=right mouse button
Square Button=left mouse button

I don't have free buttons on my mouse. left-handed mode allows you to collect loot much faster than using tbd1. Besides tbd1 is not convenient to use. That is why the function of changing sticks in S1 is very important.

we tried southpaw layout here, it seems a reasonable request now:)
will provide a beta firmware for you later.
-
@BorisBritva
here is a beta firmware for your testing only
http://www.reasnow.com/download/ReaSnowApp/firmware/S1-FirmwareV5.5.11.bin
it's dedicated to southpaw(left-hand) layout,
please try it and give us your feedback.
if it's good, we will add a new feature to swap sticks in the future versions.

Amazing!!! this is what was needed! This works great, only now it's tedious to make it fashionable to turn on stick changes when you need it. There is one more problem. The stick on the Logitech g13 keypad does not read diagonals well. If you bind actions to the stick, then when moving, 2 actions are triggered instead of one. I really hope that you will understand Google translator)))
-
sorry, can you elaborate on the issue with G13?
a video will be better.
-
The video does not convey the essence of the problem. Stick up-jump stick left-sit down If you move the stick up and a little to the side, then two commands work. It makes it difficult to choose one action
-
how is the stick mapped in our APP?
why will you use a stick to jump and sit down in-game?
why not just use the other buttons on this keyboard or the extra buttons on your mouse?

I will see how it is displayed and write to you.
