You need to enter the game first, then plug ReaSnow S1 into the PC, cause you can't use a controller to control the Windows desktop.
If you did so, the game still doesn't react, maybe you need to adjust the Steam controller settings. We use the default settings when we test the game, and the game recognizes when we plug S1 into the PC.

« Last post by Austin on May 16, 2024, 03:56:12 PM »1. Plug ReaSnow S1 to PC directly(no controller needed). If there's any error message, you might need to change the USB port on the PC/replace the USB cable/reboot your PC.
