Technical problem

After updating the firmware of the device with upgrade tool v4.0, it periodically stopped seeing the keyboard / mouse. The device does not issue errors, the firmware was successful.
The keyboard or mouse just disappears, while they are 100% intact. Will the firmware rollback help and how can this be done?

please run upgrade tool v4.0 first, and then connect cross hair to pc again.
let us know what you get.
