Norton Security will not let me instill Crosshair Manager V1.71.6 onto my laptop ,every time I download it deletes file and quarantine file

Hi the laptop will not connect to cross hair ,that maybe reason my Norton delete Cross Hair Manager ,
I have not upgraded firmware as I can not click on icon at the bottom right corn of the screen.
How do I get the laptop to connect to Cross Hair ?
I looked in Device Manager and found it USB input Device
Do I just update drive in USB input Device Properties ?

thanks for report, please add Crosshair Manager V1.71.6 in the whitelist of your Norton,
this seems a false positive.

if it's downloaded from our official website, our Crosshair Manager will do you no harm:)

and no special driver is required for Cross Hair,
if Cross Hair LOGO is white while connecting to PC, it works.
