Hello,
I noticed that when you click several times on the same button on a keyboard the crosshair loses some entries, something that does not happen on the pc with the same keyboard.
I think this is a Bug, and it needs to be repaired, because in games that require several key clicks on the keyboard, many are lost, something that only occurs in the usb 1 of the crosshair.

can you provide more details and procedures of your discovery,
so we can test it here.
for example, console type, game, keyboard and mouse type,
settings in game and cross hair and so on, the more the better.
BTW, we are not sure what's "USB 1 of Cross Hair".
please read page 5 of "CrossHair-UserManual" for a referrence.

I tested this as follows:
Using the game rainbow six siege: Sets the same command as the keyboard to the mouse. The speed at which you can execute the command by the mouse buttons is much higher than the keyboard.
The same does not occur on the pc. It is as if some commands sent by the keyboard were not registered as readily as those sent by the mouse buttons.
It can not be related to keyboard type, because on pc the response speed for keyboard commands are high.

Does your keyboard have the same USB report rate on PC and on Cross Hair?
we would like to have the specific model of your keyboard and mouse to do a further analysis.
and can you tell us which button of the controller is assigned to both keyboard and mouse?
and the function of this button in R6? where in the game can we test the situation you mentioned?
please kindly provide all these details!

The button used was: R3 and L3 (xbox one)
Keyboard: Caps = L3 and R3 = 4
Mouse: Back = L3 and Foward = R3.
Mouse poling rate: 500 Hz, g403 @ 12000dpi.
Keyboard (I tested two): Even poling rate.
The speed at which I can execute the same command on the keyboard is much smaller than on the mouse.

Can you set your Backforward and Forward keys on mouse to 8 and 9 using Logitech's Driver?
And do the comparation again.
