I'm not sure if it was the nintendo's latest update or my CH, all of sudden it keeps on rebooting when I plug it into my switch.
I tried to do a factory reset and then reload the switch firmware for the CH. Reboot my switch did nothing too.
You see the CH green logo for a couple seconds then it goes blue for one second then powers off. The Cycle repeats over and over.
-
I figured out the issue. I had to go to pairing new controllers and made sure it was plugged in the bottom left usb slot on the switch.
-
glad to know it's fixed on your own:)

I'm on Nintendo System Update version 4.10 and also having this same problem. I have used the "Cross Hair ManagerV3.12.3-ForSWITCH.exe" and followed the directions in the PDF. However when I connect it to the Switch it does the same ("You see the CH green logo for a couple seconds then it goes blue for one second then powers off. The Cycle repeats over and over."). I have tried all 3 USB ports on the Nintendo Switch dock. I have also tried different keyboards and mouse. It doesn't find any new controllers under pairing either. Help!?!?!
thanks,

can you provide some more details of that?
1. a video to show us your connecting
2. screenshots(or photos) of your settings on SWITCH
3. screenshots(or photos) of your settings in Cross Hair Manager
and send these to: support@reasow.com

hi, please make sure you are doing this while SWITCH is ON.
-
In the video it shows the green light on the dock which is only on when the switch is on...

1. Please restore factory configration and upgrade your cross hair with Cross Hair Manager V3.13.3 again.
2. Add one game config as before, and save.
3. Do the connection with only mouse or keyboard plugged in it.
Or you may try a new and qualified usb cable to connect cross hair to switch.
-
Where is version 3.13.3 located at? I can only find 3.12.3 (Cross Hair ManagerV3.12.3_ForSWITCH.zip).

I did exactly as you requested steps 1-3 using version 3.12.3. I have tried this using different USB cables and keyboards and mouse (having only one device connected). The device is still doing the same as in the video. Has this device been tested with a Nintendo Switch OS version 4.1.0?
-
sorry, it's V3.12.3.
and we, of course, tested it on SWITCH OS 4.1.0 the latest one.
we think you may try the following things:
1. connect Cross Hair to SWITCH with no peripheral plugged in it
2. open "System settings"->"System"->"Console NickName",
and when virtual keyboard is enabled, plug your keyboard directly in SWITCH,
and try input some letters here.
This step is for testing USB port of your SWITCH.

Richard - it WORKED!!! I don't know why it worked with that order. I would highly suggest putting those steps in the Switch documentation. I have been trying for days, but for some reason that worked. I'm using the same keyboard and mouse with the same cables (included USB cable too).
Thank you for patience. I really didn't want to return this and wanted to get it working. I was getting quite frustrated.

really glad to hear that!
but does you mean it works after pluging a keybard into the USB port?
-
Yes. So here are the steps I took.
1. Went into the menus to (System) to change the Switch's name.
2. Connected keyboard to make sure it was a known good working keyboard and the USB port was working. I changed the name as a test.
3. While still in the menu to change the name and with the keyboard present on the screen, I unplugged the keyboard and plugged in the Reasnow with nothing plugged into it (no mouse or keyboard). The green light came on and then I heard a beep. It then started a green pulse.
4. Unplugged the Reasnow
5. Plugged in the keyboard and mouse into the Reasnow
6. Plugged the Reasnow back into the Switch dock (lower left side). Green light came on and started to pulse. Then tested by typing and changing the name of the Switch. After this I tried Splatoon 2 with success.

Thanks for sharing your experiences, and hopefully it can save others some time in similar situation。
and my guess is a complete power off might also solve your problem.
the usb ports are blocked by SWITCH OS for some reasons.
