Hello everyone, I am new to the forum . I bought this fantastic product the cross hair for ps4, and having already a tartarus chrome keyboard I can not set it as I like. If someone can give me an advice or a tutorial. thank you so much

thanks, looking at your tutorial I have not solved the problem :( maybe the keyboard tartarus chrome not supported changes by playing with the cross hair and the settings of the house remain set

Thank you for coming back to us.


I understand that you're trying to use the Tartarus Chroma with your PS4.


The Tartarus Chroma is only officially supported by PC's. It is a Macro Pad, therefore it needs to run through Synapse.


Therefore you can encounter issues while trying to use it with an unsupported device.
