please try our latest version 4.5.1,
it has been fixed .

Hate to be a noob here, but having the same issue and I have updated the firmware. When you say update to 4.5.1 do you mean the software itself and not the firmware? I dont see an update function anywhere. Should I just uninstall and redownload ?

just delete your old 4.5.0 and download 4.5.1,
cross hair will be upgraded automatically while connecting to this software.

before that, please check your hardware version, which should be 1.7.6 or later.
