brand new to this received the crosshair today plugged into ps4 pro I get red light aand 3 beeps changed ps settings how to I check update I'm pretty bad at computers

1. If you got red LOGO with 3 beeps, that means the connection between Cross Hair and controller is unstable.
please check the connection or try a new and qualified USB cable

2. please make sure you are using the latest version,V4.5.10

3. if more help in need, please provide some more details, such as:
   console, game, settings in cross hair, peripherals, etc
