Evening. I think I have done something wrong. I have just bought the device to use. Plugged it into the PC, firmware update done. Paladins profile saved. Unplugged
Plugged in my wired Mario switch controller to device plus keyboard and mouse. Plug the device to switch and power on. Then I get a one beep and red light.
I can't find what I have done wrong. The switch controller is an official one.
Any guidance is much appreciated. Thank you

1. no need to plug your switch controller into cross hair
2. guidance for switch is "Cross Hair for Switch Instructions.pdf",

got it working now, however its not functional to actually use in game. I uploaded the paladins profile for the switch and its not playable looking left/right up/down is okay with the mouse but diagonal movements are terrible. I am not sure if this what is like and you have to get used to? its just not playable like this. I tried the doom profile on paladins and while it was more sensitive the overall feel is still sluggish. Is it just paladins its like this in or?

yes, paladins 's config on switch is still a beta one,
will release the official one later in some days.
