Title: G29 no Steering

Hi - setup G29 Wheel with PS4 for Need For Speed Rivals. FFB and all buttons work on the wheel... except for steering!!  The G29 works fine without the Cross Hair on GT Sport (but not on NFS Rivals obviously). I've tried with both original PS4 Controllers (separately) and tried with my old G27 wheel (yes I bought the G29 before I discovered the Cross Hair) but same issue on both wheels and both controllers. I've also tried factory reset and I have the latest software on PC. Has anyone had this issue or does anyone have any ideas for getting the G29 steering to work via Cross Hair please? I'm beginning to think I have been sent a faulty Cross Hair.

which config has been activated in Cross Hair while playing NFS?

btw, NFS can provide only legacy mode support,
please use NFS's own config to play this game.

Hi Richard - thanks for your prompt reply.
I used the NFS Rivals config provided when selecting games via New button (but also tried with NFS 19) and I also tried with the GT Sport config which is not Legacy and I have the same problem. No steering capability. Not sure if that answers your question but I tried with both NFS configs available via "New" and I tried GT Sport which is not (L) but (E) and I experience the same problem. All functions seem to work FFB, pedals and buttons but no steering capability (ie. I can't move the car left or right). That's not normal right?

Cross Hair Manager V4.5.69, PS4, G29,  Config used: NFS rivals(selected G29 in this config)
are the details above right or not?

we did find a bug in the recent versions,
and are working to fix that asap.

OK - so is there a way for me to use a different version whilst waiting for a fix on the new version? It's a lot of money to pay for something that isn't working... I'd appreciate a workaround or temporary fix. As I wrote, I also tried it with my G27 steering wheel too and have same problem.

If this isn't going to be fixed soon, I will need to send back for a refund (as I only have a certain amount of time to request a refund). So, would be good to have a workaround fix or a date by when you think it will be fixed?
