Title: Cm storm Devastator doesn't work

Goodmorning everyone.
I've never had problems with the Crosshair, however, my Cm Storm Devastator keyboard does not receive input from the Crosshair.
The keyboard works on a PC, and I tried to restore the Crosshair firmware and it does not work. I have updated the firmware and it does not work. I changed the Crosshair slot on each USB port of the Playstation 4 Pro and nothing changes.
The device continuously changes color, as if it no longer recognizes the keyboard.
Can you help me please?

No, the Crosshair change color.

Ok, it's work!!!
I changed the usb cable from gamepad and it's work.
