Title: How to turn around faster

Got everything set up and working well.  My biggest issue is the time that it takes to turn around to face the other direction.  Any tips for making this faster?  I have my sensitivity maxed and have tried max DPI (8,000).  I have to pick up and put down the mouse, making several swipes to get all the way turned around.  Any fix for this?  Thanks!
My mouse is a Logitech G203 gaming mouse.
