Title: Sniper Breath Macro

I'm trying add a macro line for Sniper Breath.  Clicking and holding in the left stick is what I'm trying to map.  I can not figure out how to do this, as the option for clicking in the left stick is not an option, unless I'm missing something.  How would I go about setting this up?

Left stick key is called L3 in our Cross Hair Manager.
you can add it in your macro.

But when in the macro manager, there is no option for "L3" on the button drop downs.

it is "L", if you are building macros for xbox consoles.
