Is a config for apex Legend incoming ?

hello, I have a problem with apex legend .... when I open the arrow menu to choose the syringe I have other things, I have to use the mouse to choose the direction but it is almost impossible to me because once put in the direction of the object to choose back immediately because of the mouse update .... how can I do?

Also have the same problem with the Battlefield V, in relation to asking for medications, or ammunition, the screen is shaking and I can not tighten the option
