Title: Keyboard/mouse disconnecting

Hello,

I have a reasnow cross hair. It was working awesome, up until latey. Before I was using it for Fortnite and Apex Legends on the PS4 perfectly fine. But now when I started playing The Division 2, I would get disconnected after like 10 minutes of use. The cross hair would still be on (breathing light) but the mouse and keyboard stop working. I tried different cables, it would work for like an hour but same thing would occur again. I tried the method in the FAQ manual, but still same thing. I also tried updating the firmware.

I would like to know what I can do to fix this problem. Thanks.

2 things might cause this trouble:
1. a bad connection between cross hair and the controller.
2. a bad connection between cross hair and the game console.

it might be the usb cable, or some unstable usb port on controller/cross hair,
or some usb extender.

Can you recommend a new cable that might work.

most of the micro usb cable which can be used with an android phone will work for your controller.
