Title: about Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 1
Post by: lty0503 on February 02, 2020, 07:50:27 PM
I cant connect it via Bluetooth. I follow the video then the controller connect fail.
And i tried other PS4 controller, it was success.

My Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 1 and ReaSnow S1(V5.3.43) also up to date.

Is it support connecting Series 1 via bluetooth? Or only support Series 2?

ReaSnow S1 can only support Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 to be used wirelessly on other consoles.
for Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 1 has no bluetooth in it.

what is the firmware version of your elite 2 controller,
we got some reports that if elite 2 controller is upgraded to the latest firmware,
there will be some issues with its Bluetooth connection.
if your firmware is v4.8.1908.0(or previous ones),
there shall be no problem connecting it wirelessly to ReaSnow S1.

And if the elite series 2 is already updated to latest firmware there is no way to connect via bluetooth, is this correct? No work arounds?

if your Elite 2 controller has been upgraded to the latest firmware,
it will be turned into a Bluetooth Low Energy device just like the XSX controller, not the original Bluetooth Classic device,
while ReaSnow S1 can only support Bluetooth Classic controllers.

we will try adding the support for Xbox wireless adaptor later,
it might be an option for you.
