Title: Reasnow s1 keeps disconnecting after 1-2 hours of gameplay

Hello Richard!

I hope you are well!

My R1 device keeps disconnecting after 1-2 hours of gameplay. The device turns into the red color and beeps as if it loses controller connection. I have to disconnect and connect the usb cable into the PS4 console. I have replaced all the usb cables for the good quality ones, however this problem still exists. Please advise.

I have also updated firmware to the latest version v5.3.63.

I think the problem between PS4 console and the R1 device. Whenever PS4 cooling or other internal system launches, the device disconnects. Before disconnection R1 beeps several times and alerts that it it will disconnect soon.

it shall be some help.

2. when the issue happens try connecting our APP to S1,
APP will provide some "support" info on this issue.

the APP is ReaSnow Manager,
you should have it if you are using ReaSnow S1.
