Title: Reasnow s1 does not turn to stable green when connected to pc

Hi Dev Team!

My Reasnow S1 device does not turn to stable green when tried to upgrade my flash tool. It keeps turn off when I try to reconnect it to pc. I changed usb cables but no good result. Please help!

Here are some  steps you should follow:
step 1:
Connect ReaSnow S1 to PC while holding the button. Release the button until the LED indicator is stable green.
step 2:
Then run "flash tool" on PC,and click "Upgrade firmware" button.
 
and you can also try some other USB cables or USB ports on your PC.
or it might also be caused by a defective mini usb port on ReaSnow S1.

Hi Peter!

Nothing helps! How can I send this device for repair? I think it might be due to electric shock. The device smells like something burned from inside.

please send a request for after-sale service to the store
where you bought our product.

the store shall be responsible for all the after-sale services.
