Title: Reasnow s1 problem with PS4 too many usb devices are connected

Hi Dev Team!

My PS4 does not see the reasnow s1 device. It shows message: too many usb devices are connected!!!

Please help!

Hello,
Here are some things you can try:
1. charge your PS4 controller fully before connecting it to ReaSnow S1
2. turn off backlight of your keyboard or try another keyboard
3. and sometimes it can be fixed by restarting your PS4 console.
