Title: Apple not connected to Reasnow S1

Hello Gents,

today it was not possible to connect the Reasnow app with S1 via bluetooth. I have a connection error: 4
So i was download new Uppdate software for S1 5.4.7. My phone was not able tro connect reasnow to app. Can you please send me an overview what i need to do, to avoid this problem

hello,
we will need the following details of yours:
1. iPhone model
2. iOS version
3. ReaSnow Manager APP version in your phone
4. when the "connection error: 4" shows, please click the top-right corner, and send us the log file.

Hello Richard,

i solved the issue it was bluetooth off directly in app and i needed tp download newest app and firm software.
