Title: How to set macro to be beaulo peek?

Beaulo peek is a rainbow six technique
The key sequence is "AQ", press at the same time, and then press "DE"
Now I hope the macro can help me press "L3" when I press "A" on the keyboard, and "R3" when I press "D" on the keyboard
How to set this macro?
