Title: Reasnow S1 cannot be used for PS5 front USB interface

Because of the position of my ps5, the front interface is more convenient to connect to reasnow S1, but it does not support the connection of the front interface, only the rear interface can connect
My front interface is normal, can connect controller, headset, keyboard and mouse, Xim apex
But reasnow S1 cannot connect to the front interface
I hope it can be repaired

yes, we got similar reports from customers,
for some ps5s, the front USB port is a bit different from the normal ones,
it delivers a higher voltage than expected.

you will have to connect ReaSnow S1 to the back USB ports, if this is the situation.
