Title: Problem with mic hiss when connecting to reasnow s1, xbox series s.

Hello, I have the xbox series s, and I have a problem, when I connect the control to reasnow and join a group, the microphone is wheezing, I have a group on whatsapp, where more people have reported the same problem, is there any way to fix this issue, or just wait for an update? :( :(

1. what is your microphone(or earpiece)? how is it connected to the controller?
2. can you try connecting your controller to XSS console directly with a USB cable, and test the microphone again?

Hi, my headset is hyperx cloud 2, I tested it by connecting the controller directly to the console, and it didn't give any kind of hiss, however, when connecting to reasnow on xss, it continued with hiss.
