Hi, I bought a reasnow and it arrived today, I did the firmware update and later I went to connect to the Xbox Series S and when I enter the application, the following message appears: "Booting, please open this app later!". Can anybody help me ?

can you provide a screenshot of this message?
or you can check the USB cables you are using,
most of these issues are caused by them.
